Friendster, Bebo, LinkedIn Aren’t Waiting for Open Social

More news on OpenSocial and opened platform:
Friendster and Bebo are joining LinkedIn as the latest large social networks to open their web sites to outside developers.
Like Facebook, and a recent effort led by Google to do something similar with its “Open Social” project, these sites are letting third parties build applications for their pages using data gleaned from users, such as a list of your friends in a social network.
